We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join the Housekeeping team at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. This luxurious oceanfront resort features 290 rooms, a 6th‑floor fitness center, boutique spa, 10,000+ sq ft of meeting space, and five food & beverage outlets.

• Lead, train and supervise room/suite attendants and house persons on a floor/area ensuring rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess, assign, inspect and verify inventory status of rooms/suites.
• Manage daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, and the lost‑and‑found program.
• Maintain stock rooms and carts with proper supplies, keeping designated inventories (linen, etc.).
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for repair and maintenance of items related to guestrooms and public areas.
