OverviewThe Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team. This 374‑room property features multiple dining venues, including seaside seafood, casual grab‑and‑go options, and vibrant rooftop lounges. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and other leaders to oversee operations and guide a team of 70 associates across our diverse outlets.
The ideal candidate has luxury hotel Food & Beverage experience and a minimum of 2 years as a Food and Beverage supervisor. A passion to serve and lead is essential.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
- Luxury hotel Food & Beverage experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a Food & Beverage supervisor.
- Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
