OverviewThe Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team. This 374-room property features multiple dining venues, including seaside seafood, casual grab-and-go options, and vibrant rooftop lounges. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and other leaders to oversee operations and guide a team of 70 associates across our diverse outlets.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate has luxury hotel Food and Beverage experience, a minimum of 2 years as a Food and Beverage supervisor, and a passion to serve and lead.
Shift Pattern:
Full availability required
- Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
