Summary Provides day‑to‑day clinical application support and defines the scope of project objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and handles issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers.

Responsibilities The role supports ancillary applications for Radiology, Cardiovascular, Neurology, Lab, and Imaging. Candidates should have experience with Cerner, Epic Radiant and/or Epic Beaker and be familiar with clinical workflows in Radiology and/or Lab services. Experience with modalities and device integration is a plus. The position requires healthcare technical knowledge in IT troubleshooting, support and maintenance. Strong analytical, organized, multi‑tasking, independent worker, problem‑solving, issue resolution, communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service are essential.

Education Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.

Experience Minimum four years of IT application support and/or clinical experience.
