Manage Respiratory Services by providing a variety of diagnostic/treatment procedures for patients suffering from pulmonary and associated disorders. Responsible for clinical administration of procedures such as medical gases, ventilatory assistance arterial blood gas analysis, etc. Supervises employees in a self-directed work team environment. Assist Manager, Quality in the assessment of quality improvement activities hospital wide. Serves as consultant/educator to hospital leadership for performance improvement initiatives, responsible for ensuring the utilization of proper quality tools and techniques, in order to maximize project impact.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum five years of related acute care respiratory therapy experience, including management.

• Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure required.
• BLS Certification required.
