Join Accord Care as a Home Health Aide or CNA. Locations:
Weston and surrounding areas. This role supports patients in their homes through our Hospital at Home Program in Saint Lucie and Martin County. Join a team that truly values its caregivers and make a meaningful difference every day.

• Provide high quality care to Accord Care clients in accordance with the Plan of Care
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily living activities
• Perform basic healthcare services, including obtaining vital signs and providing medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping

• Valid CNA or HHA certification, as applicable
• Current CPR certification (online courses not accepted)
• TB Test or Chest X‑ray within the last 6 months
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
