4 HOURS SHIFTS - BASE PAY STARTING $15 to $17 HOURLY. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE CORAL SPRINGS AREA, South Palm Beach County (Boca Raton and Delray Beach).

To provide the highest quality of care to Accord Care clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Help with general light housekeeping.
• Drives/escorts client to and from appointments/activities as requested, resulting in a safe and timely transport

At least 3 months of experience and 2 employment references

• CNA Certification (if applicable)
• 75-Hr HHA Certification (Required for all applicants)
• CPR certification (online courses not accepted)
• TB Test or Chest X-ray done within last six months.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Licenses & Certifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant (preferred)
• HHA Curriculum (required)
• HHA Certificate (required)
