Overview

Earn Up to $85,500 per year based on experience, certifications, and secondary languages. $2,400 Orientation Training Stipend

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Most therapy sessions are conducted in person, with telehealth options available for flexibility and convenience.

Clients receive services mainly in person within the community, with some telehealth options available. There is no requirement to go to an office for administrative tasks or supervision; everything is done online or onsite with the client.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
  • Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses
  • Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals
  • Deliver services to clients in the community; no in-office requirement
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
  • Identify resource requirements to fulfill identified needs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care
  • Advocate for patient access to community resources
  • Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other professionals
  • Facilitate individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues (e.g., coping skills, stress reduction, caregiver support)
  • Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in patient care
Candidate Requirements
  • Must reside within the State of Florida
  • Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • Organizational and time-management skills; flexibility to meet client scheduling needs and provide services in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Ability to practice self-care to maintain OPTimal work-life balance
  • Compassionate, engaging, and motivated to help others
  • Ability to document therapy services in an electronic medical records (EMR) platform
  • We welcome candidates with degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, or Psychiatric Rehabilitation; transcripts must include at least four class codes covering relevant areas
