Aboutthe Role
As a Registered behavior technician, you will work under BCBA supervision, providing one‑on‑one therapy to clients in need of ABA therapy services. You will play a critical role in implementing behavior support plans and supporting clients in both skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions with clients in alignment with treatment plans.
- Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
- Collaborate with supervisors to refine and execute effective behavior support plans.
- Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
- Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by the BACB and our company policies.
- Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews, CPR certification, and in‑service training.
- Upload updated credentials (e.g., RBT certification, liability insurance) to the Medicaid portal as required.

- Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
