We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee our therapy department and lead a high‑performing interdisciplinary team.

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy departments
  • Lead, mentor, and manage therapy staff to achieve clinical and operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Monitor documentation accuracy, billing compliance, and productivity standards
  • Collaborate with Nursing, Social Services, and Admissions to coordinate quality care
  • Support interdisciplinary team meetings and patient care planning
  • Promote resident satisfaction and strong clinical outcomes
Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
