Broward Health is seeking a Research and Cosmos Analyst to support Epic’s Electronic Health Record (EHR). The Analyst will manage and optimize Epic Research and Cosmos modules, ensuring seamless integration of clinical research workflows, accurate billing practices and effective data governance. The role includes managing end‑to‑end research study life cycles, building and maintaining billing protocols, overseeing Cosmos data mapping and user support, and developing innovative solutions to enhance research operations and data integrity.

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Epic Research/Billing and Cosmos.
• Collaborate with research operations, IT teams, and stakeholders to capture accurate data and execute research workflows.
• Ensure compliant charge routing and optimized data utilization.
• Apply knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, IRB guidelines, clinical oncology protocols, and strategic guidance to optimize Cosmos for data analysis and reporting.

• Essential:
  Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred Specialization:
  Business Administration or Related Field

• Essential:
  Two years of relevant experience
