• Oversee daily operations of home health nursing services.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in home health care.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and quality assurance reviews.
• Manage staffing schedules and coordinate patient assignments effectively.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current CPR certification and BLS training.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
