Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
- Have your own equipment, including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
- Actively licensed as an FL Physical Therapist.
Job Type: PRN
- A PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool and works on a per diem basis.
- PRN offers flexibility: choose when to work, accept or decline assignments based on availability.
- Variety of settings: work in assisted living facilities and residential homes, gaining experience across patient populations.
