As a Preschool Speech Language Pathologist ("SLP"), you will help remarkable children with disabilities live their best lives. You’ll get the chance to support children with special needs in a year‑round developmental preschool program. You’ll have a blast working with a multi‑disciplinary, collaborative team as you help them to develop their language and communication skills. And each of them will fill your heart with joy, laughter, and love!

This position is responsible for provision of quality speech/language therapy services including assessment, therapeutic treatment planning and service delivery using best practice treatment modalities for children with Developmental Disabilities to facilitate age‑appropriate acquisition of speech, language, and augmentative communication skills, and oral motor and swallowing skills. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; monitoring the progress of each child; evaluating environmental conditions and ensuring that the physical and social environment promotes learning, independence, health, and stability;

demonstrating and modeling effective and therapeutic intervention strategies that reinforce optimal learning and growth; and providing coaching and consultation to staff for continuity and generalization across settings; collaborating with all members of the Team.

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience with children or adults with varying exceptionalities.
• Pass a criminal background check.
