The OpportunityAre you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping people achieve financial confidence? As a Financial Planning Data Analyst
, you’ll play a critical role in supporting advisors and planners by ensuring accurate data input, analyzing scenarios, and driving compliance excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and enjoys being the backbone of a client-focused planning process.
- Data Management & Analysis:
Enter and validate client data in financial planning software (eMoney, Right Capital) and ensure accuracy for compliance purposes. - Plan Development Support:
Assist with plan design, scenario modeling, and strategy recommendations aligned with client goals. - Workflow Coordination:
Manage case flow between advisors, planners, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of plans and smooth communication. - Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Conduct IGO/NIGO reviews and maintain adherence to FINRA and internal compliance standards. - Client Experience Enhancement:
Prepare presentations and reports that simplify complex concepts for clients and advisors. - Continuous Improvement:
Research and recommend process enhancements and technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or insurance industry.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- Experience supporting financial advisors or clients in planning processes.
- Familiarity with eMoney or similar financial planning software.
- Prior experience as a paraplanner.
- Progress toward CFP® designation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
