Title: Controller
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 base + discretionary bonus

- Enhance job costing, WIP, and project reporting to strengthen financial controls and support growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, maintain financial discipline, and manage change during expansion
- Implement and continuously improve processes
- 6+ years of accounting experience within the construction industry, including job costing and WIP expertise
- Proven hands-on management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
