Position Summary

The Assisting R&D controller will be responsible for producing reports and analysis for the business stakeholders of the new financial business structure of the CSP R&D business line.

• Essential Functions
• Must be able to:
  Use excel spreadsheets at fairly high level
• Communicate well with business stakeholders
• Pick up IT systems quickly
• Carry out finance reconciliations

• Responsible for:
  Assisting the R&D Controller with Cost reporting
• Assisting the R&D controller with Project reporting
• Assisting the R&D controller with Headcount control
• Assisting the R&D controller with Forecast preparation
• Assisting the R&D controller with Budget preparation

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Analysis role
• 2+ years of experience in Project Analysis
• Excel skills of medium to advanced
• CIMA part qualified or equivalent

• Oracle would be preferred
• Microsoft BI an advantage but not essential

Target Total Compensation (TTC): 62,676.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) 62,676. USD Annual. This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
