This is a full-time, in-office role for a Fixed Income Trading Assistant, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves providing direct support to the trading team, assisting with trade execution, trade settlements, and independent projects. Responsibilities also include conducting detailed analysis of market trends, communicating with advisors, brokers, and custodians, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate trading processes.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in Fixed-Income Trading and Finance-related tasks, with experience in trade execution and familiarity with financial markets
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess markets, interpret data, and support trading strategies
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in financial services or fixed income trading is highly advantageous
• Proficiency with trading platforms and relevant financial software is a plus
• FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7 and 63 are a plus
