This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Coach based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Financial Coach will be responsible for providing clients with personalized guidance on financial planning, offering financial education programs, and developing strategies to improve personal financial health. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, creating customized financial plans, delivering financial literacy workshops, and assisting clients with achieving their financial goals.

The role requires collaboration with community partners to expand access to financial resources and services.

• Strong skills in Financial Coaching and Financial Planning to guide clients effectively
• Ability to provide Financial Education and promote personal financial literacy
• Proficiency in Personal Finance and expertise in Finance-related concepts and tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding individual financial needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Certification in financial counseling or financial planning is a plus
