- Debt Capital Markets – Delivers customized financing solutions through structuring, arrangement and execution of multi‑bank credit facilities, and the underwriting and execution of debt securities offerings.
- Investment Banking – Partners with business owners to provide tailored advisory services across M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates.
- Power & Project Finance – Provides comprehensive corporate and structured financing solutions for power generating assets and related infrastructure.
- Real Estate Capital Markets – Specializes in non‑recourse financing solutions for commercial properties across the United States.
- Sales & Trading – Offers a wide range of investment and risk‑management solutions to meet the needs of our institutional clients.
The ZCM 2‑year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform. The program provides foundational knowledge, skills, and hands‑on transaction experience that will last a professional lifetime.
Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g., Credit, Legal, etc.), team members, and clients while working throughout the full transaction life cycle.
LocationZCM has offices throughout the U.S. including Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale.
Eligibility- Completed BA/BS degree in Business or Finance, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 1st start date.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or above (3.5 preferred).
- Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
- High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement.
- Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Comfort with peers at all levels, ranging from analysts to Managing Directors.
- Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program.
