Senior Accountant

Randstad is seeking a high-caliber Senior Accountant to join a growing accounting team for a leading technology solutions company located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is designed for a technical expert who can handle complex accounting requirements. This is a permanent direct hire opportunity offering a base salary between $90k-$110k plus a full benefits package including a 401k with match.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Bachelors (required)

• Statements & Variance Insight: Help draft and evaluate financial statements while providing thorough explanations for any budget discrepancies.
• Consolidation Oversight: Handle the balancing and removal of intercompany transactions to ensure accurate consolidated reporting.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work alongside departments like Legal and Supply Chain to ensure all business activities are correctly captured in financial records.
• Audit Preparation: Organize and maintain the necessary documentation to support efficient reviews by external auditing firms.
• Process Enhancement: Assist in defining and writing new internal policies or accounting procedures to keep the company compliant with updated regulations.
• Strategic Advice: Investigate financial anomalies and suggest practical ways to increase income or decrease operational spending.

• GAAP (3 years of experience is required)
