Description

We are seeking a Junior Client Relations Specialist to join our team at our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential clients, handling broker inquiries and requests, and managing broker loan information. You will also be responsible for generating interest in refinance, purchase, or investment opportunities and following up with brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply B2B sales strategy, including outreach efforts, making introductory calls to potential clients
  • Build long-term relations with brokers by responding to inquiries and assisting with day-to-day requests
  • Learn how to manage broker refinance, purchase, and investment inquiries with guidance from senior team members
  • Help generate interest in refinance, purchase, and investment opportunities through proactive follow-up and communication
  • Support ongoing broker relationships by completing timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs
  • Strong self-organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Ability to act as a team player
