Position: Private Wealth Manager (Family Office Manager)

Lead day-to-day relationships for high- and ultra-high-net-worth families, delivering full-service Personal CFO and family office accounting support.

• Primary client contact and coordinator with CPAs, attorneys, and wealth advisors
• Oversee financial reporting, cash management, bill pay, payroll, and investment tracking
• Prepare client analysis supporting tax, estate, and charitable planning
• Manage and develop client service staff (1–2+ years people management required)
• Ensure accuracy, controls, and timely delivery across all client work

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (preferred) or related field
• CPA preferred – but not a must
• Some management experience is necessary
• 5+ years supporting HNW/UHNW individuals or families
• Experience with trusts, estates, foundations, and complex entities

• Senior, client-facing leadership role
• Direct exposure to sophisticated UHNW families
• Long-term growth within a Personal CFO / Family Office platform
