This is an onsite, temp-to-perm role with hands‑on training, mentorship, and long‑term growth potential.

• Onsite: Fort Lauderdale, FL

• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible start time (8:00–9:30 AM)

• Hybrid Flex: Eligible for 1 WFH day/week after 6 months post-conversion

This role is ideal for recent college graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience who want exposure to enterprise-level accounting operations, ERP systems, and financial reporting.

You’ll receive 6–8 weeks of structured training
, including hands‑on SAP training
, and work closely with senior accounting leadership.

Reports to: Senior Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (required)

• 0–2 years of relevant experience

• Intermediate Excel skills required (Excel testing is part of the interview process)

• Experience with:

  • Journal entries

  • Fixed assets

  • Account reconciliations

• ERP experience preferred (SAP a plus — training provided)

• Review and reconcile 40+ General Ledger accounts monthly

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Assist with month‑end close
  , financial reporting, and analysis

• Reconcile bank accounts and cash postings

• Analyze GL expenses vs. budget and prior year for executive reporting

• Prepare monthly P&Ls, management expense reports, and financial statements

• Track, process, and reconcile incentive and sales commission programs

• Process incentive payouts and coordinate with payroll

• Prepare bill‑backs to suppliers and supporting analysis

• Support quarterly corporate reporting and ad hoc financial analysis

• Permanent Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
