Gryphon, through its evergreen fund, AvCap Trading Fund, are looking for an ambitious analyst that wants to be a part of a fast growing, innovative, and technical team.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pricing Analyst, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for conducting deal analyses, building pricing models, and providing technical forecasting to support leasing and asset management decisions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as finance, trading, and analytics to develop competitive pricing solutions while delivering actionable insights for business strategy.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret aviation market trends and build financial models
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and collaborate across teams
• Finance and Sales acumen, with a deep understanding of pricing strategies and their direct impact on business outcomes
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, financial modeling software, and relevant aviation market analysis tools
• Familiarity with the aviation industry, particularly in the context of aircraft leasing and trading, is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus
