- Position
Purpose:
Establish new futures and options clearing and execution accounts. - Prospect and develop new futures client relationships within the marketplace.
- Develop and implement a structured sales plan to target new business, including attending conferences and networking with existing clients.
- Understand marketplace dynamics and key players.
- Manage clearing and execution accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor book of business and analyze daily reports including P&L fluctuations, risk, revenue, and return on capital.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, and current book of business in Salesforce.
- Work closely with Risk team to understand client financial condition and obtain updated financials annually.
- Understand Stone
X products to identify cross-sell opportunities. - Know Stone
X internal platforms (MyStone
X, Salesforce, Client Onboarding tools). - Earn the respect and confidence of the client organization by delivering a high level of service.
- Experience with strong client relationships. Expected annual production (revenue/P&L) of at least $500,000.
- Extensive knowledge of the Futures industry and FCM experience.
- Excellent sales ability to market Stone
X services to customers. - Ability to plan, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks to meet target dates and goals.
- Effective analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- High ethical standards; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented, well organized, and detail oriented.
- Ability to travel to clients as required.
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Series 3 required

Salary:
Hiring range $125,000–$175,000 with a monthly bonus payout based on percentage of revenue. Compensation determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and market data. Eligible for incentive compensation plans as applicable.
