We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior FP&A Analyst or FP&A Manager to join a high-growth, private equity-backed company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. This is a high-impact position with significant exposure to the executive team and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Board & Investor Support

• Assist in preparing board decks, investor materials, and strategic presentations
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Own monthly financial reporting packages, including variance and trend analysis
• Collaborate with accounting on close processes and accuracy of key metrics

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead components of the annual budget and rolling forecasts across departments
• Maintain and evolve financial models to support scenario planning and business growth

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic partner to teams such as Operations, Marketing, and HR
• Provide analytical support for decision-making, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis

Data, Tools & Systems

• Support the automation and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards
• Help ensure data integrity and continuous improvement of financial systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical roles
• Experience in multi-location or consumer-facing businesses is strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Net Suite, Power BI, Adaptive, Looker)
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, hands-on approach
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
