Role: Investment Banking Analyst

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios. Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions.
• Get direct exposure to founders, family owned, and private equity backed industry leaders.
• Assist in the day-to-day deal and project execution.
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research.

• 1+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, or Valuations
• Transaction experience across the Industrials, Business Services, or other relevant sectors
• Strong financial modeling experience
• Ability to creatively solve problems and quickly implement feedback.
• Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL or willing to relocate.
