Accounts Payable Coordinator – MSC Cruises

MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest and most rapidly growing cruise line brand, is expanding its Accounting & Finance team in the USA. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will predominantly support Accounts Payable and Revenue tasks. This hybrid position requires four days a week in the office and offers excellent benefits.

• Concur (T&E processing)
• Posting of invoices
• W‑9 administration
• Back‑up and assistance on payment processing
• Respond to emails from vendors and/or internal departments
• Research invoice disputes and organize support on central file
• 12‑month expense rolling schedule
• Creation and distribution of various daily and weekly reports
• Processing of old over payments based on balance‑due report (approving manual refunds)
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

• Fluent English (oral and written skills)
• Associate’s degree or higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
• Proficient computer, technical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, MATCH, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Ability to work flexibly to the needs of the business and under pressure
• Self‑starter with a high‑energy attitude and great sense of urgency
• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented
• Able to work in office in Fort Lauderdale 4 days a week
