Accounts Payable Coordinator – MSC Cruises
MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest and most rapidly growing cruise line brand, is expanding its Accounting & Finance team in the USA. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will predominantly support Accounts Payable and Revenue tasks. This hybrid position requires four days a week in the office and offers excellent benefits.
Responsibilities- Concur (T&E processing)
- Posting of invoices
- W‑9 administration
- Back‑up and assistance on payment processing
- Respond to emails from vendors and/or internal departments
- Research invoice disputes and organize support on central file
- 12‑month expense rolling schedule
- Creation and distribution of various daily and weekly reports
- Processing of old over payments based on balance‑due report (approving manual refunds)
- Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
- Fluent English (oral and written skills)
- Associate’s degree or higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- Proficient computer, technical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, MATCH, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Ability to work flexibly to the needs of the business and under pressure
- Self‑starter with a high‑energy attitude and great sense of urgency
- Extremely organized and detail‑oriented
- Able to work in office in Fort Lauderdale 4 days a week
- US Passport or US Permanent Resident
