Miami Alkaline Water is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Office Manager to join our Coral Gables team! If you love wellness products, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a clean, fast-paced environment, this is a great fit for you.

• Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with administrative tasks (filing, invoicing, emails, copies)
• Communicate with clients and team members
• Handle light errands (bank, post office, etc.)
• Keep our wellness product displays neat and attractive

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with customers and working with a small team
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• A polished, neat appearance

• Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm
• Saturday: 10am–2pm
• No holidays!
• $17/hour + bonuses
