Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Engineer / Construction Administration professional to support active engineering and building projects in Fort Lauderdale. This role focuses on field coordination, documentation, and construction oversight to ensure engineering plans are executed accurately. You will work closely with contractors and project managers to maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

• Monitor on-site construction progress and engineering implementation.
• Assist with RFIs, submittal reviews, and technical clarifications.
• Inspect field installations for compliance with approved drawings.
• Communicate site updates with internal teams and contractors.
• Prepare documentation and progress reports.
• Support resolution of field-related technical issues.
• Maintain adherence to project schedules and quality benchmarks.

• Experience in construction administration or site engineering.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on active job sites.
