Job Description

The Senior Engineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas:

• Structural Inspections

• Reserve Studies

• Water Intrusion Investigation

• Property Turnover Surveys

• Concrete Restoration

• Painting and Waterproofing

• Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI)

• Property Conditions Surveys

• Asphalt Pavement Evaluations

• Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement

• Roof Consulting & Design

• Expert Witness Services

• Seawalls & Retaining Walls

• Building Sciences

• Project Management

• Building Envelope
• (O.A.R.) Services

• Milestone Inspections

Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years experience and registered PE license
• Special Inspector License Required
• Must have experience with managing projects independently and leading a team
• Must have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration
• Must be hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc.
• Must have the ability to communicate efficient and affectively orally and written with other staff members and clients
