Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to create precise technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet specifications and project requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings and designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Solid Works, etc.).
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints provided by engineers or architects.
- Revise drawings based on feedback, redlines, or design changes.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and document control.
- Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve potential design issues.
- Assist in preparing materials for permits, construction, or manufacturing.
- Associate degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Solid Works, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand engineering and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (depending on industry).
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
$41,600 – $50,000
