Key Responsibilities
  • Establish branch objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
  • Plan, staff, and supervise all branch activities including personnel administration, performance review, defining functions, dispatching, and other responsibilities.
  • Maintain positive financial posture for the branch and monitor cost analysis activities on a routine basis.
  • Identify potential projects (customers) and gain admittance to bidder's list. Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis.
  • Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by the branch.
  • Attend networking groups related to commercial HVAC to attain and maintain existing clients.
  • Assist and help diagnose issues involving HVAC equipment.
  • Responsible for processing all incoming client service, maintenance, and warranty calls in a pleasant and courteous manner.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required by the branch's operating needs or as directed by Branch Manager.
Education
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience
  • Three years of Commercial HVAC Service experience and proven record of successfully running an HVAC Service division required
Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre‑Employment Drug and Agility tests
