Primary responsibilities include:

• Support Whiting-Turner Schedule Manager with group and project specific responsibilities
• Develop pursuit and proposal schedules
• Develop master project schedules
• Develop detailed construction schedules
• Data entry of activities, durations, and sequences (predecessors / successors) into Primavera
• Schedule development in Oracle Primavera scheduling software (training provided by Whiting-Turner)
• Become familiar with other schedule software platforms
• Schedule management and controls
• Maintain schedule updating process – collecting progress and incorporating into scheduling software
• Prepare schedule update reports and graphics per contract requirements
• Analyze schedule impact of issues (including developing and analyzing the impact issues have on the project schedule)
• Collect scheduling metrics and create spreadsheets/data bases to interpret and visualize the data
• Review project schedule’s quality and performance (technical review)
• Mine data from as-built schedule to generate historical metrics
• Perform square footage and quantity take-offs as needed (estimating)
• Cost load schedule activities and maintain cost information through the updating process
• Manage Whiting-Turner’s schedule database and Primavera software
• Attend project meetings (WT, Owner, Subcontractor) if assigned to a project site
• Walk the project site to confirm progress and completion of schedule activities
• Collect information from lean scheduling meetings and use it to update the CPM
