Senior Electrical Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to lead electrical design projects across residential, commercial, and high-rise developments in South Florida. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, from concept design to construction administration, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high technical standards. The ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed PE with strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, proven project management experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

• Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept through construction.
• Produce electrical plans, specs, and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
• Perform load calculations, power and lighting design, grounding, and code compliance reviews.
• Review and seal drawings as a Florida-licensed PE.
• Serve as primary client and contractor liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 5–10 years of MEP electrical design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Fort Lauderdale.
