About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Life Safety Systems (LSS) Designer to help shape advanced facilities where technology and safety go hand in hand. From semiconductor manufacturing to data centers and state‑of‑the‑art research facilities, you’ll play a critical role in delivering designs that protect people and assets.

- Lead the design and drafting of life safety and security systems for advanced facilities.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create and coordinate 3D BIM models with architects and engineers.
- Assist in developing layouts for Fire Alarm Detection Systems, HPM leak detection, Toxic Gas Management Systems, and Security/Intrusion Detection Systems.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements, delivering accurate, constructible solutions.
- Proven experience in life safety systems design, ideally in complex industrial or high‑tech environments.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across disciplines.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of AutoCAD design experience.
- Systems design experience with Fire Alarm Systems, Voice Evacuation, Gas Detection, VESDA, Access Control, CCTV.
- NICET Level II certification.
- 3‑5 years of Revit design experience.
- Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA 70, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code.
- Knowledge of Fire/Life Safety systems and manufacturer’s equipment.
- Industrial design experience.
- NICET Level III certification (or ability to obtain within one year).
