We're seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing team in Ft. Lauderdale
. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys both hands‑on design and project leadership within a collaborative engineering environment.

You'll be responsible for managing mechanical design projects from concept through completion, coordinating with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, efficient building systems.

• Lead and manage mechanical design projects for commercial, residential, and institutional facilities.
• Develop HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system designs using Revit and AutoCAD
  .
• Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure project success.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and equipment selections.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed.

• 5-10 years of mechanical engineering design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems design.
• PE license preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Local candidates (Ft. Lauderdale area) strongly preferred.
• English and Spanish preferred
