What You’ll Do
  • Lead and Mentor – Oversee designer work, provide technical leadership, and perform quality reviews of design packages.
  • Drive Complex Design – Tackle challenging portions of the design process, including facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low‑voltage communications.
  • Collaborate and Influence – Work directly with clients, owners, and contractors to support construction and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Own the Details – Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications.
  • Be the Expert – Serve as Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings and contribute to proposals with innovative solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 12 years of engineering design experience of building electrical systems.
  • Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission‑critical facilities.
  • Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards.
  • Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panel boards, generators, UPS, etc.
  • Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team lead experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Senior technical leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
  • Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills.
