Senior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer

Your work environment at EXP
You will be part of the Entertainment, Hospitality & Healthcare Buildings team, within the MEP Sector
.
- Reviewing owner project requirements
- Performing design reviews
- Developing commissioning specifications
- Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests
- Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests
- Working with contractors in the field to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
- Writing field reports and final reports
- Creating systems manuals
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning, mechanical engineering design, test and balance, and/or building automation system check‑out
- Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred
