*** Performs work on the access provisioning aspects of the application/system support
* Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and references for team members or clients
* Performs applications/systems under minimal management supervision that are moderate to highly complex
* Performs problem determination including data gathering, analysis and resolution of client applications issues
* Configures, and administers access provisioning requirements to satisfy business applications in co-ordination with appropriate stakeholders
* Develops scripts using appropriate tools to address gaps in the application/system, to simplify and enhance the application/system environment
* Gathers requirements from team and designs/identifies provisioning to satisfy end user requirements

* Education & Experience:

*** Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or technical certification
