• Setting up materials, equipment, and environments for workshops and learning sessions.
• Supporting academic staff in their instructional efforts.
• Monitoring and facilitating student participation and engagement.
• Managing session transitions and coordinating schedules.
• Receiving mentorship from leaders who are transforming K-12 education.

• Remaining passive:
  You won't simply observe or supervise from a distance; you'll be actively involved in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
• Experiencing overload:
  You won't be expected to lecture, lead full classes, or provide emotional counseling (yet); those responsibilities belong to the Guides.
• Engaging in work without purpose:
  This role is far from just another job. You'll contribute meaningfully to helping children develop and succeed, ensuring every hour counts.

Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's core commitments to students: driving academic achievement, cultivating life skills, and building a genuine passion for learning.

• Available to work on-site at our Miami campus.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule within school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time option available.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Warm, approachable, and child-friendly demeanor.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a part-time (20 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
