Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the development of proposals and business development materials for construction and infrastructure opportunities. This role plays an important part in helping teams pursue new work by coordinating proposal efforts, supporting content development, and producing polished, on-brand deliverables.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys collaborating with technical teams, and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. This position offers exposure to strategic pursuits and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities- Review solicitation documents (RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, etc.) to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines
- Coordinate proposal activities from kickoff through submission, including schedules and internal deadlines
- Work with project teams, subject matter experts, and leadership to gather information and support proposal development
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client goals
- Prepare proposal materials such as covers, resumes, project descriptions, and supporting documents
- Assist with basic layout, graphics, and visual enhancements to help communicate technical concepts clearly
- Support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials as needed
- Ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and submitted accurately and on time
- Help maintain marketing materials, resumes, and project experience information
- Follow brand guidelines and quality standards across all deliverables
- Provide general support to the pursuits and business development team as needed
- 2+ years of experience supporting proposals, marketing, or business development efforts
- Experience with in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or a related technical environment
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe In Design ; familiarity with other Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and different levels of leadership
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Proposals are submitted on time and meet all requirements
- Materials are clear, professional, and visually consistent
- Project teams feel supported and organized throughout the pursuit process
- Branding and quality standards are consistently maintained
- The coordinator becomes a reliable partner to the business development team
