LOCATION
NOTE:
This is an on-site position in the cities listed below, with local travel as required. Relocation support is provided. If you believe that helping families discover a fundamentally new approach to schooling is your purpose, this role places you at the center of that transformation. Alpha is not a conventional school. Students complete their core academics in two hours per day through AI-powered applications.
The remainder is real-world competencies—debate, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Only accelerated outcomes and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different form of family partnership—and that is your focus.
You will serve as the public face of your campus, spearheading enrollment growth, building confidence, and cultivating advocacy. You ll facilitate high-impact information sessions, establish meaningful community ties, and turn curiosity into committed interest. But the work extends further. You ll also serve as the primary resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—resolving questions, reinforcing satisfaction, and transforming parents into vocal supporters of the model.
This is a position built on autonomy and accountability. You ll be stationed at a single campus, present on-site the majority of the time, producing measurable impact—not simply executing predetermined steps. If your conviction is that traditional schooling is falling short—and that there is a superior alternative—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
