Primary PurposeProvides career coaching, delivers workshops and networking opportunities, and collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance alumni career services. Ensures alumni have access to career resources, employer connections, and professional development programs that promote continued engagement with the university.

Essential Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge
- Psychology - Working knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; and learning and motivation.
- Therapy and Counseling - Working knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for career counseling and guidance.
- English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Education and Training - Working knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
