Overview
Position Title: Inpatient Child/Adolescent
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center is a behavioral healthcare facility in South Florida that provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults suffering from drug addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. Our fully licensed and accredited private hospital has been providing world-class treatment in a secure and comfortable setting for over 30 years.
Responsibilities- Role: Child/Adolescent Inpatient
- Patient Population: Child/Adolescent
- Schedule: 5 days a week, daytime hours.
- Weekend Coverage: 1:6 Saturday/Sunday in-person rounding.
- Weekday Call: One evening call shift per week by phone only.
- Employment Type: Full-time employed position.
- Additional earnings potential: Extra call options and Productivity Bonus Plan.
- EMR: Cerner
- Competitive base salary with Productivity Bonus potential.

- Relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonuses are available.
- Education: M.D./D.O. with Board Eligibility/Certification in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Training: Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency and Child/Adolescent fellowship program.
- Licensure: Florida medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain it.
