UI Product Design Director

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and hands‑on Senior Interaction Designer to work alongside our team of talented digital designers in Ft Lauderdale, FL. This individual will create powerful, yet intuitive experiences on web, mobile and tablet devices viewed by millions. This position will work closely with our Creative Director to define user experiences and redefine how shoppers buy products online.

Have 5+ years of UX and UI design experience building consumer facing websites and apps.

Have an online portfolio that showcases what you’ve done and can do.

Be able to brainstorm how the experience should look & work.

Love to wireframe & prototype surprisingly easy user interfaces.

Be passionate about every details of your design, pixel perfect is just what you do.

Instinctively understand what makes something intuitive.

Be able to instantly spot issues with information architecture and hierarchy.

Have the ability to think off the cuff to come up with better solutions.

Deeply understand web, mobile, and tablet UX paradigms.

Have experience conducting usability tests to gather feedback on prototypes.

Work well on a team that is working towards a similar look and feel.

Be willing to work hard for a huge upside.
