Project Manager – High‑Rise Construction & Architecture

Fort Lauderdale, FL | International Design Firm | On‑Site

Our client, a global architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale high‑rise condominium projects in Fort Lauderdale. This position requires strong experience managing 1 million+ sq. ft. developments, excellent leadership skills, and deep knowledge of architectural coordination and construction processes.

• Manage high‑rise building projects from design through construction completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ownership teams, consultants, contractors, and internal architecture teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams using Revit and industry‑standard tools.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction‑related documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent and building codes.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication across all stakeholders.

• 10–15+ years of project management experience in high‑rise residential or commercial buildings.
• Experience managing large‑scale (1M+ sq. ft.) projects strongly preferred.
• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; architectural background is a plus.
• Revit proficiency required;
  Procore experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Florida Building Code and construction coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
