Compensation: $65,000 – $200,000+ (Commission program with guaranteed base + full benefits)

We're the exclusive regional dealer for Dutch Made Custom Cabinetry and authorized purveyors of Sub‑Zero, Wolf, Miele, and other fine appliance brands. Our median project runs $100,000+, and our clients expect—and receive—an unparalleled design experience.

We're looking for a Senior Kitchen Designer to own projects from first client meeting through final installation. You'll work with high‑net‑worth clients who care about quality and timeline. This is a true sales‑design hybrid role: you'll meet with in‑house leads, venture out to make new leads and connections, create stunning designs, and shepherd projects to completion.

• Meet with prospective clients, understand their vision, and convert opportunities into signed projects
• Design fully custom kitchens, baths, bars, and built‑ins using detailed floor plans and elevations
• Price projects accurately using our internal systems and present compelling proposals
• Coordinate with our Design Assistant and Coordinator to manage deliverables, orders, and timelines
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions affecting design and construction
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders through networking and outreach
• Collaborate with our appliance division to specify premium cooking and refrigeration solutions

• 6+ years designing high‑end residential kitchens (luxury market experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrable proficiency in Chief Architect, AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or other compatible design software
• Confident presenting to affluent clients and explaining design decisions with authority
• Organized enough to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Hungry to sell—this is a commission role, and top performers here earn accordingly
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but proven industry experience matters more

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Existing relationships with South Florida architects, designers, or builders

This is a commission‑based position with a guaranteed base salary. Our program features above‑market rates—designers who perform here earn into six figures.
