Guest Service Agent (Part‑Time)
Our hotel, which features 595 guest rooms, is located on the Intracoastal Waterway and just a four‑minute walk to the Broward Convention Center. Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Front Office.
Shift PatternPart‑Time 2-3 shifts per week – AM/PM (weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)
Pay Rate$19.00 per hour plus FPG

What will I be doing?
- Greet guests and complete the registration process, including input, retrieval, and confirmation of guest information and room rates, coding electronic keys, and promoting marketing programs.
- Assist guests with check‑out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for, processing payments, and handling various payment methods.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, answer guest questions, and provide local area recommendations.
- Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
- Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
2+ years experience in customer service, recent guest‑facing role preferred. Able to work required shifts; previous OnQ experience a plus.
